We've developed several new and improved packages to assure you're getting the best possible price in the most
exclusive limousines. Each package will have a separate price schedule based upon the nature of your event, type of
limousine, number of hours, date, times and other special requests.

Deposit: A 30% deposit will be required to hold all reservations. Special Price and discounted offerings may require payment in full
which is non-refundable once the reservation is confirmed by credit card.  All other reservation's must be cancelled
within 24 hrs if needed, after this period the deposit is non refundable. Any reservation must be cancelled by the name on the
reservation, member of his/hers immediate family or authorized party by phone only. We also will authorize a damage deposit on each
charter which is released after the limo is inspected by the driver.In the case that a specific vehicle is over-booked, has mechanical
issues or is physically damaged we will provide a comparable vehicle with a minimum of 24 hours notice.

Service charge : There is a 20% tax/fuel/insurance charge added to the price of each charter.      

Extended time: If your charter extends past your reserved time slot, the remaining time will be charged in 1/2 hour
increments. This charge will be in ratio to normal rates set for that day and will be noted on your contract.

Transfers : Transfers are done at our discretion and are subject to the following rules.
1. Transfers are not for multiple stops, point to point only.
2.Client MUST be ready and loaded into vehicle no more than 15 minutes after scheduled after this hourly charges apply.

Extra charges: Most packages are all inclusive. If there are any extra service charges it will be highlighted in your
contract. When using a credit card there is a 3-5% credit card handling fee added to the bottom price.

Out of area / Drive Time: If pick-up and/or destination are more than 25 miles from the Dallas office, additional hours will be charged
for time used. Additional hours used for drive-time are in addition to any minimum requirements for an reservation.
We also reserve the right to charge for additional fuel based on location.

Damage To Vehicles: Parties causing damage to vehicles during a charter are directly responsible for any and all cost for
repair. To avoid any damages please read the following: No smoking, No feet on bars, No leaning on glass holders, No
standing outside moon-roof, No playing with electrical switches and No reckless behavior.

Extended Hourly Rentals ( 6hrs or more) Prom's, Homecoming's & Special Events Gratuity:
These groups will be charged $100 flat for driver gratuity any additional gratuity is optional.
Prom Dates April & May - All Saturday Dates

No alcoholic beverages will be stocked or permitted in vehicles with passengers under the age of 21 without a legal
guardian present. Consumption of alcohol by a minor is never tolerated under any circumstance. Additional beverages are
available upon request for additional cost.

Mechanical Issues and or problems prior or during a reservation that delay or interrupt any reservation will result in an hourly credit to
be used as the customer desires and not in the form of a refund.

Any phone reservation is bound by the terms and conditions of all above policy's.
